Hey, It's Friday: Follow Friday








 Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read.

Q. Define what characteristics your favorite books share. Do they all have a kickass heroine or is the hot love interest the Alpha Male?

My favorite books definitely have a kick-ass heroine, or at least a strong willed one (Katniss, Elizabeth Bennet, Stephanie Plum, Saba, ect). I also like a lot of action or suspense in my books. I really don't like reading contemporary/romance cause it's not that exciting. Make them be chased my a killer, start a rebellion, fight dragons, save the world ect. you know, normal stuff.
I also love books where the main love interests are always fighting/insulting each other. So much drama, so much tension! *sigh* so romantic ^_^

    Yep. Strong female characters are something pretty much everyone has. Totally understandable, too.

    Ha ha ... you sound like my husband and movies. Dramas are way too slow for him! I love them, though.

    Good answer! Action is wonderful in a book ... I do love a good, fast-paced book!
